Meeting Minutes

R. Campbell called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.
C. D’Agata presented the treasurers report; she stated that the balance as of 3/8/10 was $15,111.31. No expenditures were made after that date.
Old Business
R. Campbell told the board that Dave Berto sent an email stating that the state is in the process of testing for Indian burial grounds on the building site, as well he has been notified that the DECD is moving forward with reviewing the application for funding.
R. Campbell told the board that the insurance forms for Officers and Directors insurance have been filled out and will be sent in so the board members will be covered.
W. Gangaway had the plans for the Senior Center expansion. He stated that they currently are looking to expand the Senior Center parking which may affect the design for the cottages. R. Campbell said that they could easily adjust the way the cottages are set up to allow for more parking. The board looked at several different ways they could move two cottage units to allow for more space. They also looked at where the set back line is in consideration of adding a building towards the back. W. Gangaway explained the additions that would be put on the Senior Center, which included making the kitchen bigger and adding additional bathrooms.
New Business
R. Campbell reported that the recreation area is going in at the senior housing complex; it includes gardens, benches and picnic tables.
W. Gangaway made a motion to adjourn at 6:28 PM. C. D’Agata second the motion, all members were in favor.
